LA Bus Service offers group transportation services including, but not limited to:
- Charter bus rentals
- Motor coach rentals
- Mini coach and minibus rentals
- Sprinter van rentals
- Party bus rentals
- Airport transfers
- Event, corporate, school, and private group transportation
All services are subject to vehicle availability, scheduling, and confirmation.
Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A reservation is considered confirmed only after payment or deposit is received and a confirmation is issued.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate trip details including pickup times, locations, passenger count, and itinerary.
Any changes to the booking must be requested in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
Pricing & Payments
- Pricing is based on factors such as vehicle type, hours of service, mileage, travel date, and special requirements.
- Quoted prices are subject to change if trip details are modified.
- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
- Final payment must be completed before or on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

Changes & Delays
- LA Bus Service is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Additional wait time, mileage, or schedule extensions may incur extra charges.
- Clients must notify us immediately of flight delays or itinerary changes.
Passenger Conduct
- Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and follow driver instructions at all times.
- Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited on all vehicles.
- Excessive damage, cleaning, or violation of rules may result in additional charges.
LA Bus Service reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger behavior threatens safety or violates company policies.
Alcohol & Party Bus Policy
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legally allowed and with prior approval.
- The renter is responsible for compliance with all local and state laws.
- The primary renter must be at least 21 years old for party bus rentals.
- Damage or excessive cleaning fees may apply.
Luggage & Personal Belongings
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
- LA Bus Service is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in vehicles.
- Luggage capacity varies by vehicle type and must be disclosed in advance.
Vehicle Substitution
In rare circumstances, LA Bus Service reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity due to maintenance, availability, or safety reasons.
Limitation of Liability
LA Bus Service shall not be liable for:
- Missed flights, events, or connections
- Delays beyond our reasonable control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
